Study of EPI-003 for chronic hepatitis B patients on antiviral therapy

Chronic Hepatitis BHBV (Hepatitis B Virus)

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have had chronic hepatitis B for at least 6 months and are positive for HBsAg.
  • You have been taking a stable dose of an antiviral (entecavir or tenofovir) for at least 6 months and plan to stay on it.
  • Your HBV DNA is undetectable (below the local lab's lower limit) for at least 6 months.
  • Your liver enzymes (ALT and AST) are within 2 times the normal upper limit.
  • You do not have significant liver scarring (cirrhosis) or other liver diseases.
