Who can take part

  • Aged 35 to 65 years
  • On stable hepatitis B treatment (nucleoside analog) for at least 6 months, with no change in the last 3 months
  • Your hepatitis B virus level is very low (undetectable by a standard test) for at least a month
  • You are HBeAg negative and your HBsAg level is between 100 and 1500 IU/mL
  • Your liver enzymes (ALT) are within normal range
  • No history of cirrhosis or liver cancer, and no other major liver disease
  • No active infections, serious health conditions, or recent major surgery
