Who can take part
- You have metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC) or gastric cancer (including gastroesophageal junction cancer) that has worsened after at least 1 or 2 prior treatments, depending on the study arm.
- You have tumors that can be measured or evaluated on scans (RECIST criteria).
- You are in good enough health to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your kidney function is adequate (estimated GFR at least 30 mL/min).
- You do not have active brain metastases, leptomeningeal disease, or untreated spinal cord compression.
- You have recovered from side effects of prior cancer therapies (except for hair loss, vitiligo, mild nerve issues, or stable hormone-related problems).
