  • You are generally healthy and able to exercise.
  • You are between 18 and 50 years old.
  • You do not have any current injury to your hand, elbow, or shoulder.
  • You have no blood vessel problems or history of blood clots (DVT).
  • You are not currently in another BFR study or a structured strength training program.
  • You are not a college or professional baseball or softball player.
