Who can take part

  • You must be a generally healthy adult between 18 and 40 years old.
  • No current or past leg, hip, or foot problems that cause pain or limit movement.
  • No history of high blood pressure, heart disease, blood clots, neurological issues, diabetes, obesity, or cancer.
  • If you've been strength training, you must have done it at least twice a week for the past year.
  • If you're new to strength training, you must not have done any regular strength training in the last 6 months.
