Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You can speak and read English
  • You have ulnar-sided wrist pain that started recently or has been ongoing and your doctor has referred you to hand therapy
  • You wore a splint or cast for 4 to 6 weeks as part of your treatment
  • You do not have any other major hand or arm injuries and you have not had wrist surgery for this problem
  • You score 3 or less on a safety questionnaire about blood flow restriction
