Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have advanced solid tumors that cannot be removed by surgery or have spread to other parts of the body
  • You are willing to provide a tumor sample (either from a previous biopsy or a new one)
  • You have adequate organ function, such as blood counts and liver/kidney tests within certain limits
  • You are in generally good health, able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1)
  • You agree to use effective contraception if you or your partner can become pregnant
