Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have advanced solid tumors that cannot be removed by surgery or have spread to other parts of the body
- You are willing to provide a tumor sample (either from a previous biopsy or a new one)
- You have adequate organ function, such as blood counts and liver/kidney tests within certain limits
- You are in generally good health, able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1)
- You agree to use effective contraception if you or your partner can become pregnant
