Who can take part

  • You have advanced melanoma or non-small cell lung cancer (or another solid tumor) that cannot be removed or has spread, and it kept growing after standard care (or standard care isn’t suitable for you).
  • Your scans show at least one measurable tumor spot that doctors can track.
  • Your general activity level is good (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You’re expected to live at least 12 weeks.
  • Your blood, kidney, and liver test results are within allowed limits.
  • You have not had certain recent treatments or other research drugs within the last 4 weeks.
