- You are between 18 and 70 years old.

This study tests a new oral medication, dorzagliatin, to see if it can improve blood sugar control in people with type 2 diabetes and moderate to severe kidney disease. Participants must be on a stable basal insulin regimen with or without certain oral diabetes drugs.
