Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have had type 2 diabetes for at least 3 months.
- You are either on a stable dose of metformin (a common diabetes pill) for at least 8 weeks, or you control your blood sugar with diet and exercise only.
- Your most recent HbA1c (a blood test that measures average blood sugar) is between 7.5% and 11%.
