Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (cancer that has spread beyond one lung).
- You have not had any previous treatment for this cancer.
- You are physically active and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-1).
- You have no more than 3 tumors in your liver.
- You do not have untreated or active brain metastases (cancer that has spread to the brain).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
- You have not had other cancers in the past 5 years (except certain non-invasive or early-stage cancers).
- You do not have an active autoimmune disease or require strong immune-suppressing medication.
- You have not had a serious lung condition like pulmonary fibrosis or active pneumonia.
