  • You are pregnant with one baby (not twins or more)
  • You are between 19 weeks and 0 days and 22 weeks and 6 days pregnant
  • You will have a second-trimester screening ultrasound at the right time in your pregnancy
  • Your doctor is able to see clear images of three specific views of your baby's brain during the ultrasound
  • You can give your permission (informed consent) to join the study
