  • You are 18 or older.
  • You smoke less than every day but at least once a week.
  • You have smoked at least 100 cigarettes in your lifetime.
  • You own an iPhone or Android smartphone and can download apps.
  • You are ready to quit smoking and plan to do so.
  • You live in the United States.
