Who can take part
- You must have a diagnosis of heart failure
- You should be on your current heart medications (as recommended by guidelines) for at least 3 months
- You must be able to walk or move around, even if you get short of breath (NYHA class I to IV)
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must be able to cooperate with the study measurements
- You cannot have significant memory or thinking problems
- You must not have had a heart attack, heart procedure, or heart surgery in the last 3 months
