Who can take part

  • Your child has symptoms of a neuro-developmental or metabolic condition and has been referred to a pediatric neurologist.
  • Your child has been diagnosed with an inherited neurodegenerative disease and is being followed by a doctor.
  • Your child has not had a brain injury from lack of oxygen at birth, stroke, head injury, or certain diseases like heart disease, kidney failure, or autoimmune disorders.
