Who can take part
- You must have advanced ovarian, peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer that is high-grade serous type.
- Your cancer must be resistant to platinum-based chemotherapy.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- Your tumor must have high levels of folate receptor-alpha (FRα) (at least 75% of cells staining moderately).
- You must be well enough to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You must not have had a stroke in the last 6 months.
