Who can take part

  • You have high-grade serous ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer confirmed by biopsy
  • Your cancer is stage III or IV and your care team plans neoadjuvant chemotherapy first
  • Your tumor test must show FRα is positive (strong staining in most cancer cells, as defined in the study)
  • You have the right blood counts and organ function (bone marrow, liver, and kidneys must meet set lab cutoffs)
  • You can be in the study procedures: either provide stored tumor tissue or get a new low-risk biopsy for FRα testing
  • You are able to sign consent and follow the study plan; if you can become pregnant, you must use highly effective birth control and have a recent negative pregnancy test
