Who can take part
- You have stage III or IV ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer (high-grade serous type).
- A biopsy shows that at least 75% of your cancer cells have the FRα protein (tested in the lab).
- You have not had chemotherapy, radiation, or other cancer treatment for this disease before (except one dose of carboplatin is allowed).
- You are able to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2).
- You do not have certain eye conditions or lung disease (interstitial lung disease).
- You have not had another cancer in the last 3 years (except for minor skin or early-stage cancers).
