Who can take part
- You are recovering after a total knee replacement or after a period of being weak and inactive (deconditioning).
- You are 60 years or older.
- You speak English or Mandarin.
- You can follow instructions and do not have memory or thinking problems.
- You do not have an infection that is resistant to many antibiotics (MDRO).
- You are able to wear motion sensors on your arms and legs, and you can do the Rebee exercises.
