Who can take part

  • You are recovering after a total knee replacement or after a period of being weak and inactive (deconditioning).
  • You are 60 years or older.
  • You speak English or Mandarin.
  • You can follow instructions and do not have memory or thinking problems.
  • You do not have an infection that is resistant to many antibiotics (MDRO).
  • You are able to wear motion sensors on your arms and legs, and you can do the Rebee exercises.
