Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 90 years old.
- You had a stroke or traumatic brain injury within the last 6 months, or you were in the hospital for an orthopedic problem (like surgery or injury).
- Your arm or hand has some loss of movement or feeling, as determined by your therapist.
- You have enough space at home to set up the robot device.
- You do not have severe muscle tightness (spasticity), severe pain, severe trouble understanding language, or severe memory or thinking problems.
- After leaving the hospital, you will go home, not to an assisted living facility.
