Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
  • Your disability level is mild to moderate (score of 2 to less than 6 on a standard MS scale).
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You do not have serious lung or heart problems like COPD, asthma, or heart failure.
  • You have not had an MS flare-up in the last 3 months.
