This study is watching how well asciminib (Scemblix) works in real life for people with chronic-phase CML in Saudi Arabia. If you've already tried two or more targeted therapies (TKIs) and recently started asciminib, this study may help doctors understand more about its effectiveness and side effects.

Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old with Philadelphia chromosome-positive CML in chronic phase.
- You must have tried at least two different TKI medications before starting asciminib.
- Your blood tests must show low levels of blasts and certain other cells (these are markers of disease activity).
- You must have already started taking asciminib no more than 6 months before joining the study.
- You cannot be taking asciminib as your first or second treatment for CML.
- You must not be in any other clinical trial at the same time.
