Finding markers of good response to fcRn inhibitors in myasthenia gravis

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with generalized anti-AChR positive Myasthenia Gravis (a specific type of this muscle-weakening disease).
  • Your doctor has prescribed a new type of medicine called an FcRn inhibitor (like efgartigimod or rozanolixizumab) for your Myasthenia Gravis.
  • You are able to keep follow-up appointments at the study center.
  • You do not have other autoimmune diseases, active cancer, or a serious infection right now.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form to participate.
