Who can take part
- You have MG confirmed by a positive anti-AChR antibody blood test
- Your MG is classified as Class II, III, or IV (more than mild eye-only symptoms)
- Your symptoms are fairly active on symptom scales at screening and at the start of the study
- Your muscle strength score is 11 or higher at screening
- You are already on stable MG medicines (no dose increases in the last 4 weeks for steroids or anti-cholinesterase, or stable non-steroid immune medicines for months)
- You do not have certain recent treatments or infections that could make this medicine unsafe
