Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have advanced colorectal cancer that has not responded to at least two prior treatments.
  • Your tumor must be MSS (microsatellite stable) or pMMR (a type of DNA repair) as confirmed by testing.
  • You must be in generally good health (able to care for yourself, with a performance status of 0-2).
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor on scans.
  • You cannot have had certain previous treatments, including some targeted drugs or immune checkpoint inhibitors for metastatic disease.
