Who can take part
- Your colorectal cancer must be advanced (cannot be surgically removed) and confirmed by biopsy
- Your cancer must have MSS or pMMR status (genetic markers shown by testing)
- You must have already received and failed standard chemotherapy including specific drugs (fluoropyrimidine, irinotecan, oxaliplatin, and possibly anti-EGFR or BRAF inhibitors depending on your tumor type)
- You must have measurable disease on imaging scans
- You must have adequate blood cell counts, liver function, and kidney function
