Who can take part

  • You are between 6 and 18 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with ADHD by a doctor.
  • You do not have any other mental health conditions like depression or anxiety.
  • You are able to sit still enough to receive light therapy on your head.
  • You have not used any ADHD medications or behavioral therapy in the last 2 weeks.
  • Your IQ is at least 85 as measured by a standard test.
