Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 44 years old.
  • You must have a formal diagnosis of ADHD.
  • You must be able to speak English.
  • You must be on the same ADHD medication dose for at least two weeks before joining, or not take any ADHD medication.
  • You cannot be pregnant.
  • You cannot have had a similar light therapy treatment in the past 5 weeks.
