Who can take part

  • You are between 20 and 50 years old.
  • You have mild or moderate carpal tunnel syndrome diagnosed by a doctor.
  • You have pain, tingling, or odd sensations in the thumb, index, or middle fingers.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is above 25.
  • You have not had carpal tunnel surgery or steroid injections for it.
  • You have not broken your wrist in the past.
