Taping vs mud therapy for carpal tunnel syndrome

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS)Kinesio TapingExercisePain ManagementPeloidotherapy

Part of Brain & nervous system, Injuries & trauma, Pain clinical trials.

This study tests whether taping therapy (kinesiotaping) or a mud pack treatment (peloidotherapy) can help reduce pain and improve function for people with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. It may be an option if you want non-surgical, drug-free relief.

NCT06986668Enrolling by invitation
Warm wax and mud therapy for carpal tunnel syndrome

This trial tests if paraffin wax baths and peloidotherapy (mud therapy) help reduce symptoms of mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome (a hand nerve condition). It may be a good fit if you haven't had prior wrist surgery, steroid injections, or other nerve problems.

NCT06882603Recruiting
Steroid injections and nerve hydrodissection for carpal tunnel

This trial compares two treatments for carpal tunnel syndrome: a corticosteroid injection (which reduces swelling) and a newer technique called nerve hydrodissection (which uses fluid to free the nerve). The goal is to see which works better for relieving pain and improving hand function.

NCT07001111Recruiting
Taping therapy for cubital tunnel syndrome pain

This trial tests if a special tape placed on the arm can help reduce pain and improve symptoms in people with cubital tunnel syndrome. It may be a good option if you have arm pain and have not had surgery or certain injections recently.

NCT06686212Not yet recruiting
Comparing two therapies for carpal tunnel syndrome

This study tests if retraining how your hand feels (sensory re-education) or special nerve stretches (neural mobilization) work better for people with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. It's for those who have pain, tingling, or numbness in the thumb, index, and middle fingers.

NCT07167667Recruiting
Hand therapy for carpal tunnel syndrome

This study tests two types of hand therapy for carpal tunnel syndrome: shockwave therapy (5 sessions) or warm paraffin wax (10 sessions). It compares which one better reduces nerve thickening and your symptoms.

NCT07435961Not yet recruiting
Magnet therapy for carpal tunnel syndrome

This study tests whether a non-invasive magnet treatment (magnetotherapy) can reduce pain and improve hand function in people with mild-to-moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. If you have this condition and haven't had surgery or certain recent treatments, this may be a drug-free option to explore.
