Who can take part

  • You have advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (the most common type of lung cancer).
  • You are healthy enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You are scheduled to receive chemotherapy and radiation together.
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have not had past lung or chest surgery.
  • You do not use home oxygen currently and have no active lung infection or certain other lung problems seen on a CT scan.
