  • You are 60 years old or older.
  • You speak French and want to volunteer for the study.
  • You live at home with a relative.
  • You have a diagnosis of early-stage Alzheimer's or Parkinson's (with a memory score of 20 or higher).
  • You do not have other serious health issues like recent stroke, head injury, or untreated hearing loss.
