Who can take part

  • You have metastatic breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive and HER2-negative.
  • Your tumor has an ESR1 mutation (found through a blood or tissue test).
  • You have already tried at least one hormone therapy and a CDK 4/6 inhibitor for metastatic disease.
  • You are 18 years or older and able to read and speak English or Spanish.
  • You have not been treated with Elacestrant before.
  • Your cancer is measurable or evaluable on scans, and you are in generally good health (ECOG 0-2).
