Who can take part
- You have metastatic breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive and HER2-negative.
- Your tumor has an ESR1 mutation (found through a blood or tissue test).
- You have already tried at least one hormone therapy and a CDK 4/6 inhibitor for metastatic disease.
- You are 18 years or older and able to read and speak English or Spanish.
- You have not been treated with Elacestrant before.
- Your cancer is measurable or evaluable on scans, and you are in generally good health (ECOG 0-2).
