Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 or older who has gone through menopause (either naturally or from surgery).
- Your breast cancer is advanced (spread to other parts of the body or can't be removed by surgery).
- Your cancer tests positive for estrogen receptors (ER+), negative for HER2, and has an ESR1 gene mutation.
- You have already tried at least one type of hormone therapy and your cancer continued to grow.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you can swallow pills easily.
