Who can take part
- You must have advanced breast cancer that is HR-positive (ER ≥ 10%) and HER2-low or ultra-low.
- You must have had prior treatment with a CDK4/6 inhibitor, and your cancer may have progressed after up to one prior chemo or antibody-drug conjugate.
- Your tumor must be measurable on scans (at least 1 cm or larger).
- You need to have a known ESR1 mutation status from a blood or tumor test within the last 6 months.
- You must be relatively healthy (able to do daily activities, with adequate organ function) and be at least 18 years old.
- If you have had brain metastases, they must be stable or not causing symptoms and not needing immediate treatment.
