Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with PTSD and your symptoms are at least moderate (score of 23 or higher on a standard PTSD test).
  • You have not had EMDR or trauma-focused cognitive therapy for PTSD before.
  • You can speak, read, and understand Norwegian well.
  • You do not have a severe intellectual disability (IQ of 70 or below).
  • You do not have other serious mental health issues that need more urgent care, like being in the hospital.
