Who can take part

  • Boys between 9 and 15 years old
  • Currently playing basketball in a club and doing at least 2 training sessions per week
  • Must have been diagnosed with generalized joint hypermobility (extra-flexible joints)
  • Must not have any major health conditions like blood clots, joint diseases, recent injuries, chronic pain, epilepsy, or metal implants in the body
