Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You have loose joints (a Beighton score of 4 or higher).
  • You have no brain or nerve conditions (like stroke or multiple sclerosis).
  • You have no inner ear problems (like vertigo).
  • You have no recent or ongoing leg injuries or surgeries.
  • You are not pregnant and have not done specialized balance training in the last 6 months.
