Who can take part

  • You are 65 years or older
  • You have a clinical frailty score of 3 or 4 (mild frailty)
  • You can walk independently without a cane or walker
  • You do not exercise regularly (less than 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week and less than 2 strength sessions per week for the past 3 months)
  • You are willing to travel to the study site for sessions and have no medical conditions that make vibration therapy unsafe (e.g., recent fractures, joint replacements, or poorly controlled chronic diseases)
