Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 44 years old
- You must have at least one risk factor for diabetes, such as being overweight or obese, having a family history of diabetes, smoking, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, abnormal cholesterol, vascular disease, fatty liver, or for women a history of gestational diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome, or delivering a baby weighing 9 pounds or more
- You must not already have diabetes
- You must be able to read and understand the program materials
- You must not have any other condition that the study team thinks would make the program unsuitable for you
