  • You are between 18 and 85 years old.
  • You have a type of head and neck cancer called squamous cell carcinoma, specifically stage III or IVA that has not spread to distant organs.
  • You have not received any prior treatment for this cancer (except for a biopsy).
  • You are in good general health (able to do most daily activities without help).
  • You have a tumor sample available for testing a protein called PD-L1.
