  • You are a man between 21 and 55 years old.
  • You and your partner have been trying for a baby for over 1 year without success (and she has normal fertility tests).
  • Two separate semen tests show fewer than 10 million total moving sperm.
  • You are not currently taking any medications for depression, acne (like Accutane), or high cholesterol.
  • You do not have a known genetic cause of infertility or a history of serious mental health problems.
