  • You are a man between 25 and 50 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with subfertility by a fertility clinic
  • You are overweight or obese (based on your body mass index)
  • You do not smoke, and have no history of drug or alcohol abuse
  • You have no past or current problems with your reproductive organs or cancer treatments
  • You are not taking certain medications like steroids, immunosuppressants, or erectile dysfunction drugs
