Who can take part

  • You are a man aged 25–45 with a BMI between 20 and 29.
  • You and your partner have been trying to get pregnant for at least a year.
  • A recent sperm test shows low sperm count, poor movement, or abnormal shape.
  • You are in a stable relationship and willing to avoid ejaculation 3–5 days before each sperm test.
  • You do not smoke, drink heavily, work night shifts, or have certain medical conditions (like diabetes, sleep apnea, or prostate problems).
