- You have bile duct cancer confirmed by biopsy that has spread or can't be removed with surgery.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.

- You are between 18 and 75 years old and weigh more than 88 pounds (40 kg).
- Your overall health is good (able to care for yourself, up and about more than 50% of waking hours).
