Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 80 years old.
  • Your cancer must be advanced (unresectable or metastatic) and confirmed as bile duct cancer.
  • Your tumor must have an FGFR2 fusion or rearrangement.
  • You must not have had prior treatment with an FGFR inhibitor (e.g., pemigatinib).
  • Your overall health should be reasonably good (ECOG performance status 0-2).
  • Your blood counts and organ function must meet certain minimum levels.
