Who can take part
- You have colon adenocarcinoma confirmed by a biopsy.
- Your tumor is high-risk, meaning it has grown into the fat around the colon (T3 with at least 5 mm into fat) or into nearby organs (T4).
- The lower edge of your tumor is at least 12 cm from the anus.
- You have not had any prior cancer treatment like chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery.
- You are in good overall health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and your organ function is adequate.
- You do not have a history of autoimmune disease or certain infections like active hepatitis B or C.
