Who can take part
- You have colon cancer that has not been treated before and is at a stage where it has spread to nearby lymph nodes but not to distant organs.
- Your tumor has a specific genetic makeup: MSS (microsatellite stable) and a RAS mutation.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and in good general health (able to walk and take care of yourself).
- You have not had any prior cancer treatment like chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy.
- You do not have active infections, autoimmune diseases, or other serious health problems that could interfere with the treatment.
