Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You have colon adenocarcinoma that is MSS (or pMMR).
- Your tumor is located more than 12 cm from the anus and cannot be felt during a rectal exam.
- Your cancer stage is T1–T4 with lymph node involvement (N+) or T3/4, with no distant spread or multiple primary cancers.
- You have not had any prior anti-cancer treatment and you can safely receive chemotherapy.
- You can have contrast CT scans and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
