Who can take part

  • You have one of these cancers: advanced prostate cancer (that no longer responds to hormone therapy), stomach cancer, or non-small cell lung cancer.
  • For the second part of the study, you have prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments.
  • Your tumors can be measured on scans (e.g., CT, MRI), or for prostate cancer, you have other signs the doctor can track.
  • You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-2, meaning you are up and about more than half the day).
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within acceptable levels.
  • You have not had cancer treatment or an experimental drug in the last 2 weeks (or 5 half-lives, whichever is shorter).
